We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction and may discontinue any product at any time without notice.


3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

If a payment is flagged for potential fraud, we reserve the right to delay fulfillment or cancel the order for security reasons.


4. Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Reverie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the courier.
If your package is lost or missing, we will open a claim with the courier and assist with the process of securing a reimbursement through shipping insurance.

We are not liable for immediate refunds during an ongoing investigation.


5. Returns and Refunds

All jewelry items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.

In the rare case of a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Defective items will require an inspection process before any refund or exchange approval. The item must be returned to sender for review.

We inspect each item before shipment to ensure it meets our highest quality standards.

Return & Refund Policy

At Reverie, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Each item undergoes an extensive inspection process prior to shipment to ensure it meets our highest standards of quality and condition.

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all jewelry purchases are final sale. Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer an item inspection process for pre-approval of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:

  1. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. The item must be returned to the sender for inspection before any refund or exchange is approved.

  3. Once inspected and confirmed as defective, we will provide either a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that normal wear, tarnishing over time, or accidental damage after delivery are not considered defects.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Reverie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages caused by the mailing courier.
If your tracking number shows no delivery or is marked as lost, we will:

  • Open a case with the courier and initiate an insurance claim for reimbursement.

  • Work to assist you in the claims process to recover your item’s value.

Please note that we are not liable for an immediate refund during the claim investigation period.

Every order is carefully packaged and inspected by our team to ensure it leaves our studio in perfect condition. We stand by the quality of our jewelry and handle each piece with care before it reaches you.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, new product launches, or high-volume periods.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States and offer both standard and express (if offered) delivery options.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the courier, Reverie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package appears lost or misplaced:

  • We will open a case with the courier and assist in filing an insurance claim.

  • We are not liable for an immediate refund while the claim is under investigation.

  • Approved claims may be reimbursed directly through the courier or credited toward a replacement.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Reverie is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


IF PRODUCTS ARE MARKED AS Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your item is marked as pre-order or made-to-order, the estimated ship date will be listed in the product description. Please note that purchasing pre-order items means your order will ship once production is complete.
